Vista 3 is a new residential complex located on Al Reem Island, which is being developed by a major private developer in the UAE — Reportage Properties. As of Q3 2023, the development is under construction, and the estimated date of handover is expected to be in Q4 2027.

The total number of residences in the complex constitutes 622, which are presented by 1–5 bedroom apartments and 3–4 bedroom penthouses.
