Job Description:

We are looking for Property Consultants based in Dubai. The role involves overseeing real estate sales, property negotiations, client interactions, and providing training to facilitate successful property transactions.


Qualifications :

  • Expertise in real estate sales.
  • Atleast 6 months of experience in UAE real estate
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in training and mentoring
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Preference for candidates from India, China, or Europe, who are currently in Dubai
  • Immediate joinees preferred.

Property Consultant – Secondary Market

Aile Properties are expanding our operations in the secondary market, we are looking for motivated and experienced Property Consultants to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Property Consultant for the Secondary Market, you will be responsible for advising clients on buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai's secondary market. You will leverage your market knowledge to provide exceptional service, negotiate deals, and build strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties in the secondary market.
  • Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • Conduct property viewings, create property listings, and generate leads.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and sellers.
  • Ensure all legal documentation is completed accurately and timely.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, providing ongoing support.
  • Stay updated on the latest market trends, property developments, and legal regulations in Dubai’s real estate sector.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance the company’s brand and reach.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a Property Consultant in Dubai’s real estate market (secondary market experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of Dubai's property laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Fluent in English (Any other international language will be a plus).
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Telesales Executive

Job Description:

The Tele Sales Agent in Real Estate is responsible for contacting prospective buyers, sellers, and tenants to promote, sell, and lease residential and commercial properties in Dubai. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a strong knowledge of the local real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce the company’s property offerings.
  • Generate and qualify new leads from online inquiries, referrals, and company databases.
  • Maintain and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with lead information and interactions.
  • Provide potential buyers, tenants, and investors with detailed information about available properties.
  • Understand the needs of clients and recommend suitable properties based on their preferences (location, price range, etc.).
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide timely updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 06 months experience in tele sales, preferably within the real estate industry or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Arabic, Hindi, French or any other international language will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is highly preferred.
