My name is Hussein Termos, and with over two decades of experience in Media and Real Estate sectors, I have had the privilege of supporting over 10,000 clients globally, leading a team of 500 dedicated professionals. My journey in Real Estate has been driven by a passion for helping people find their perfect home or investment opportunity.

Before founding Aile Properties, I held the position of Senior Director, Head of Promotional Venues Department at DAMAC Properties, where I successfully led a team of over 100 employees in both the UAE and international markets. My role involved developing strategies, managing operations, and ensuring high-quality lead generation and sales conversion rates. This extensive experience has equipped me with the insights and expertise necessary to navigate Dubai's dynamic real estate market.

In addition to my professional experience, I hold a Master’s degree in International Management from SBS Swiss Business School, which has further enriched my understanding of global market trends and effective management practices.

Today, I am proud to introduce Aile Properties, a family-owned brokerage that stands on the values of trust, integrity, and commitment to excellence. "Aile" means "Family" in Turkish, and this name reflects our core values.
